This session focuses on developing curiosity as a practical skill that improves how teams think, solve problems and make decisions. It helps teams recognise when habit and assumption are shaping their thinking, and how to slow down just enough to ask better questions.

Grounded in business research and behavioural science, the session explores how curiosity supports stronger problem-solving, more informed decisions and better outcomes, particularly when there is no obvious right answer.

Participants are introduced to a simple, repeatable curiosity framework and practise applying it to real challenges they are facing now. Through structured, engaging group work, teams learn how to explore different perspectives without losing momentum or focus.

The session builds confidence working with ambiguity and equips teams with practical tools they can use immediately, helping them move beyond “we’ve always done it this way” and find smarter ways forward together.
