What size groups do you work with?

Most sessions are designed for groups of 3-20 people, with larger teams split into sub-groups that work together throughout the day. Colour-based Team Profiling works best for groups of up to 15, and we offer bespoke sessions for larger corporate events.

Do you deliver team building and training across the UK?

Yes, we deliver in-person sessions across the UK and Europe, either at your office or at a venue we help you find. We're based in Nottingham and regularly work with teams across the East Midlands and further afield.

How much does team building or leadership training cost?

Team Building, Leadership Training and Colour-based Team Profiling sessions start from £3,500 for a half-day, or £6,000 for a full day, based on a group of 3-20 (3-15 for Colour Profiling). The Culture Change Programme is scoped around your organisation, so get in touch for a personalised quote.
